Free estimates may be provided for certain services.Payment terms will be discussed before the start of the service. Full payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon.We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, checks, and other approved methods.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee.

5. Warranty and Liability

Workmanship is covered by a warranty as specified in your service agreement.The Company is not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, misuse of plumbing systems, or third-party interference.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property for service technicians.Notify the Company of any known plumbing issues or hazards.

7. Emergency Services

Emergency services are provided on a priority basis and may incur additional fees.Emergency services are defined as urgent situations posing immediate risks to safety or property, such as gas leaks, burst pipes, or severe water damage.

8. Privacy and Data Usage

Customer information is collected only for the purpose of providing services and is not shared with third parties without consent.

9. Limitations of Service

The Company reserves the right to refuse service under certain conditions, including unsafe working environments or non-compliance with these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally.If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration as agreed upon by both parties.

11. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
